Default Help with virtualization

hi everyone
i'm a noob in virtualization. i have tried a couple of programs like VirtualBox , VMWare(free version) and researched others like Xen, KVM and i don't know wich one to use.
i want to create a "mother server" that will be a linux without GUI with the esential packets & i want to create 3 VM, one will be a Centos5.4(32b), anotherone Centos5.4(64b) and Fedora4(32b). each of this VM will be also servers (without GUI) because they compile and then send the compiled file to all the others machines with the same O.S. in the network.
with all the things i read i think that the best one to use in my case would be KVM because its in linux kernel, free... and as i work only with linux i think that it would be the best option. but i prefer if someone with more experience could tell me if its the best to use or if you would use another type of virtualization in my case.
thanks everyone who wasted a little time helping me

rsantafe,

Please check if Vmware vSphere Hypervisor ( aka vmware Esxi ) will suit your purpose.
Even i am in a similar situation as yours. I have tried out VirtualBox and Vmware player. and last time i did my homework, Vmware Esxi looked like a good candidate
Am waiting to get proper hardware then will try out Esxi.

Let me know if you need any help.

kain.

so you think that full-virtualization will do better than paravirtualization?. in the next days i will mount a good server. so Vmware vSphere Hypervisor its completle freeż?, but as i will work only with linux (without user interface) OS as host and guest i thought with my collegues that if we use full-virtualization KVM will do because we are looking forward in something like KISS.
lots of things that has Vmware vSphere Hypervisor i will not use.
all places says that paravirt has less overhead, more performance for the modified OS, etc...
my first purpose before getting deeply involved with Xen, VMware, VirtualBox or KVM is if i will use para o full-virtualization. if you think that Vmware vSphere Hypervisor is the best choice i will have a look at it.
have you used KVM before or Xen?
thanks very much kainrage for trying to help me!!
