Default Nested VMs hardware requirements

Hi,
I'm planning to purchase a new laptop but I want 2 things most importantly;
1- 16 gig RAM support
2- should be able to run clustered Hyper-V as virtual machines
I've read other forums and some other places but could not find any specific hardware model (i.e. processor, chipset) that could cater both of my requirements above.
I'm not into brand specific laptops but something not too big either.
Would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
Many thanks.

Regards.

Hello Mtalam,

What is your budget?

Have you looked at Dell R610 or HP G7 servers with Hex core CPUs?
