Default Virtual server and SCSI-3 PGR

Hi,
I have problem with storage virtualization. It looks, that on vitrual server (hosted by Hyper-V) there isn't possibility to have a SCSI Persistent Group Reservation (PGR). Am I right?

What about another virtualizers (e.g. VMware)?

Thanks for any help.
