Enterprise Linux in Windows 7 VirtualBox
Hi Everyone ,
I'm using windows 7 and virtualbox 4 . Now only installed Oracle Enterprise Linux in it . It's boot time is about 3-4 minutes . But i don't care about that .
But when i start memory intensive application like Oracle Enterprise Manager , it never really starts -> I've waited for more than 15 mins and still says loading ....
specs :
Intel Core2Duo
3 GB RAM - 1500 MB for VirtualBox ( this OS only . nothine else )
15 GB allocated space .
I/O APIC disabled
EFI disabled
PAE/NX disabled
Any suggestions on making the vm faster ?
( note : Oracle Enterprise Linux is nothing but a modified version of RedHat entr. linux with all the Oracle tools preloaded in it .. )
