Default Windows Client OSs in the cloud?

Hi there,

Our company is trying to find a way to host Windows Client (7, Vista, XP) operating systems in the cloud. However, it appears that *nobody* is offering this service in the public cloud.

Are there any creative solutions that we could implement to achieve this goal? One way of going about it is to load VMWare workstation running the client OS onto a virtualized Server 2008 in the cloud, but I know that it is strongly discouraged.

I am really out of ideas and was hoping someone may have run into the same issue already.

Thanks!
