Exclamation Failed to create snapshot in VMware Data Recovery

Hi,

I am trying to run VMware Data Recovery, but every time I run the backup, it fails with following error:

"Failed to create snapshot for "vm", error -3941 (create snapshot failed).

What is the solution to this issue?

Thanks,

faizy

Maybe this isn't possible within your environment but if you can, try rebooting the vmware host/server, try rebooting the appliance first.
