Virtualizing 3 servers in one physical machine

Dear all,

I'm trying to set up a server with the following virtualized configuration.

- pfsense, as the firewall, DHCP server and internet load balancing server
- FreeNAS, as the centeralized network attached server on the network
- Asterisk VOIP, for internal telephony using Cisco phones andfor inbound calls (not a call center).

Please advise what virtualization software (host OS and virtualization software) can I use and what kind of hardware I may use for it. I'll prefer softwares running on open-source.
