OpenSuse 11.0 VMware tools

Hi,

I downloaded opensuse 11.0 from vmplanet. (http://vmplanet.net/?q=node/52)

I'm using vmware image in vmware player. I want to use tools like 'make' and 'gcc'.
How can i install these vmware tools for opensuse 11.0 kde?
As instructed in this link http://en.opensuse.org/Setting_up_SU...a_VMware_Guest
I have to use VMwareTools-6.0.2-59824.tar.gz package

Since I use .vmx file how can I find this package?

I'm quite new to this so im little bit confused

Try it with yast

and there you use the software management to find gcc etc.
