openSUSE vmware image network problem

Default openSUSE vmware image network problem
I downloaded and opened the vmware image for opensuse 11.3 inside of vmware workstation but there is no network adapter found! No matter what I do I cannot get the network adapter to work.

Is there something specific that needs to be done to activate and use the network adapter? I have tried NAT and bridged settings with no luck.

The host is windows 7 64bit running vmware workstation 7.1.1.

Please help.

Did you try installing the drivers for that NIC from wmware?
