QEMU/Other Running Native Hardware

Is it possible to configure a virtual machine, in QEMU/any other virtualization software, to process the Hosts hardware instead of emulation?

For example, using a virtual appliance manager on linux, with a windows guest, another linux guest, and a BSD guest. All of the guest OSs having access to the REAL hardware the same way the host does, and each carrying independent drivers for the hardware, based on the OS it's intended for.
